Delivery

Most of our products are produced and shipped by us however if your order includes either a T-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie these will be shipped separately.

 

Our clothing range (excluding aprons) are made to order and sent straight from our manufacturer to you. These will be sent by Royal Mail 48hours tracked

All items will be sent 2nd class via Royal Mail without tracking unless stated. See item description for more details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. See item description for more details. All UK orders will be sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail unless stated. Orders to the USA will be sent with tracking.

International orders

All international orders will be sent with tracking. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Clothing orders will be sent straight from our manufacturer via USPS fully tracked.

Not vibing with your purchase?

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Requests for returns will be assessed on a case to case bases.

When returning an item please return it with its included accessories and packaging along within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Customer is responsible for return postage costs

Want to cancel your order?

We all change our mind sometimes so we are happy to cancel your order providing you contact us within 24hrs of purchase. Sometimes we will unable to cancel your order either because it has already been dispatched (sometimes we are super efficient and send items out the same day!) or is being processed by our manufacturer. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact us bonesandblanket@gmail.com if you would like to return or exchange a product

Clothing Return policy


Our clothing range (including t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies) is made to order straight from our manufacturing partner so unless there is a fault we are unable to offer an exchange for the item. If you would like to return the item please get in touch for the return address, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Although rare, if there is a fault with the garment please contact us with a description and photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
